McLaren NextGen TDF Super Series Rubber Tracks, Premium Rubber Tracks
NextGen TDFâ„¢ Super Series rubber tracks are developed specifically for track loaders doing extra heavy duty work. Unlike excavator style tracks that are resized to fit track loaders, NextGen TDF Super Series track loader tracks are designed to handle the work-load and abuse of the most powerful track loaders.
- With 20% More Rubber for Heavy-Duty Application
- McLaren's Rubber Compound Formula Extends Track Service Lifespan by As Much as 70%
- McLaren's Proprietary Spool Rite Beltingâ„¢ Continuous (Jointless) Belt System Radically Increases the Tensile Strength of NextGen TDF's Internal Structure

SpoolRite Belting Technology
NextGen TDF rubber tracks are constructed on the foundation of McLaren’s exclusive, cutting-edge SpoolRite Belting Technology. The rubber tracks are reinforced with a continuous, non-overlapping, jointless steel belt which gives equal tension throughout the belt. This eliminates weak points along the steel belt, increasing tensile strength and preventing track breakage.
Maximum Durability
McLaren has invested years in R&D to construct the highest quality rubber tracks with maximum durability. The layers of advanced rubber compounds used in the manufacture of NextGen TDF rubber tracks make the tracks extremely durable and reliable, extending their service life. Durability is further enhanced by the heat-treated carbon steel forging embedded in the rubber tracks.
Containment of Cuts and Cracks
Let’s say the tracks get a minor cut during operation. Usually, in a typical rubber track system, this cut enlarges, leading to worse damage and possible track failure. With NextGen TDF tracks, the multiple tread lug pattern prevents minor cuts from growing and fatally damaging the tracks. The lugs contain cracks and cuts, preventing them from growing. This is based on another McLaren leading-edge technology – Crack and Cut Quarantine System (CCQS).
Four-Step Rubber-to-Steel Bonding
To prevent the steel link from ejecting under heavy load stress, the rubber is securely bonded to the forged steel. This also minimizes the possibility of the steel links corroding under wet conditions.
Minimized Vibration and Enhanced Traction
Due to the innovative tread lug design of NextGen TDF rubber tracks, undercarriage vibration is significantly reduced as you operate your CTL. This leads to a smoother ride for the operator but also protects components of the undercarriage from mechanical wear.
The multiple tread lug design also gives the tracks maximum traction on ground surfaces.
