Placing an Order with MonsterTires.com
When you are shopping for heavy equipment tires, select either a Front/Rear Tire Set or a set of four tires. After you have selected the model of your machine, tire type, then choose your tread type.
When shopping for Tires and Tracks on MonsterTires.com, you will be using a secure checkout page via either SSL or Pay Pal. This security is taken to protect your data.
After you have selected your machine, make and model, tire size, and tread type, add your product to your cart and follow the checkout process as needed. After placing an order with Monster Tires, you will then be sent an order number and receipt of purchase.
Shipping from Monster Tires
When shopping for Tires and Tracks on Monster Tires, you will find that we offer shipping options for everyone. If you are in desperate need of your set of Tires or Tracks, we have priority upgrade shipping which is 1 – 3 days depending on your shipping location. Regular and standard Shipping from Monster Tires is 3 – 5 Days from the following day of purchase. If you are shopping for multiple items in the Monster Tires store, you may receive separate packages on delivery.
For shipping on large or over-size tires and/ or tracks, there may be an additional charge as these items are marked “Requires Special Handling” and may need shipping through an alternative freight carrier. For freight and shipping costs on large or oversize items, you may need to contact us for a free quote. After requesting a free quote on over-size tires or tracks from Monster Tires, you will have 5 days to make a purchase for that or those items. If in the case, the shipping address is incorrect and is returned to sender, fees will be applied to that account and must be paid in full before item is shipped again.
Expedited Shipping and Overnight Shipping from Monster Tires
If you need a new set of tires or tracks from Monster Tires overnight, please call us at any time to discuss overnight shipping options. We can arrange a carrier to freight your tires and/ or tracks to you next day or two-day shipping.

At our checkout page, you will have the option to use Pay Pal and all Major Credit Cards, including; Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Cards. If you would like to pay by personal check, cashier’s check or money order, please contact us over the phone and one of our staff members will help you through this process.
Sales Tax from Monster Tires
Sales tax through Monster Tires will be assessed and generated from your state and zip code prior to checkout. If you have any questions about sales tax, please contact a staff member at Monster Tires to help walk you through the items being taxed and why they are taxed.
Monster Tires Inventory Availability – In Stock/ Out of Stock Items
Most Tires and Tracks will always be in stock here at Monster Tires, however in the case that we are “Out of Stock” on any item, please contact a sales professional at Monster Tires to help you find the exact tires or track you are looking for. If you do not see your tire or track for your make and model machine, please contact us as we typically have that tire or track in stock as well.
Monster Tires Merchandise Warranty
Keeping you happy is our number one goal here at Monster Tires and your happiness is our reputation. We work hard to maintain our business relationships and in the event that you do have a defect or manufacture defect on any item, we offer a full 100% guarantee. For specific information about manufactures warranty, please call a staff member at Monster Tires and we will help you with any Monster Tires Merchandise Warranty questions.
Monster Tires Returns & Exchanges
We carry the highest quality tires and tracks on the market for your satisfaction and we are not in the business or losing business. When your order arrives, please inspect your tires or tracks and make sure they are 100% up to your expectation. Inspecting your tracks and tires will include looking for defects along with possible freight damages. In the case that you do need to process a return or exchange, please send us an email with 5-10 images and a description of what the exact issue is with the item. If there is any problem with your order, it must be reported within 10 days or delivery. Simply send Monster Tires an email at Info@monetrtires.com with all images, comments and or questions about your Returns & Exchanges.
Once you have sent our team an email with the items needed and your request has been granted for return, your item will need to be returned within 30 days of your original purchase date. Customer will pay any and all freight or carrier fees upon return to Monster Tires. No Returns or Exchanges will be processed on any item that has been used, damaged. Please print and send original Invoice from your order and include a copy in the return package. Any return that is sent to Monster Tires COD (Cash on Delivery) will be refused.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees on Returns & Exchanges unless the item in Returns & Exchanges in question is the fault of Monster Tires. In the case that Monster Tires is at fault, Monster Tires will pay all return shipping fees.
Monster Tires Returns Payment Processing
In the case that you request a Tire or Track be Returned, you should expect your refund in 7 – 10 days of the original delivery date back to Monster Tires. If you have not received your refund on a return item after 10 days, please email Monster Tires at Info@monstertires.com and we will have one of our shipping department staff contact you.
