OTT Track Questions
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Cayman Islands, etc.?
No. We only ship to the continental USA. We can ship to a freight forwarding company that will then take your order from a port. If you would like us to ship your tires or tracks to a freight forwarding company, then please call us first before placing an order.
How long does shipping take?
Typically orders shipped to a commercial address take 5–7 business days depending on stock and availability. Residential deliveries may take additional time. Howeve, we cannot guarantee this shipping time. Due to the nature of LTL freight companies, we are simply passing along our quoted lead time. The LTL freight companies provide us with a 5–7 business day lead time so that is what you can expect.
Additional Shipping Charges? Residential, Lift Gate, Unloading, etc.
Monster Tires does not guarantee delivery unless customer purchases guarantee transit time as freight varies depending on each individual carrier. Monster Tires will not be able to compensate freight when such a delay was caused by the carrier. If any additional services beyond the original quote/order/bill of lading are added by the customer’s discretion at the time of delivery, such additional charges imposed by the carrier, then these charges will be charged to the customer.
Signing the carrier’s delivery receipt (Proof of Delivery) is the proof of acknowledging freight was received in full and additional fees that are not part of sales to be paid by the customer. Before signing on the delivery receipt, please make sure to notate any shortage or overage of shipment on the delivery receipt and confirm what additional services are marked on the delivery receipt. For example, these charges might include (but are not limited to):
- Residential Shipping
- Lift Gate Delivery Fees
- Unloading Fees, etc.

What brand tracks do you carry?
We stock a variety of rubber tracks from various manufacturers. All our track brands meet or exceed OEM quality specifications. We offer the same OEM quality style tracks a reduced price. Unlike our competitors, we field-test all our products. If a product does not meet or exceed our strict field test requirements, then we will not stock that product.
What is your Track Warranty?
All of our tracks come with a full one-year/two-year prorated warranty against manufacture defects. This covers any manufacturing defects such as rips or tears in steel cords and or rubber separation. If your product is no longer available at the time a warranty claim is filed, then we will replace it with a comparable brand product.

Do you guys guarantee rubber track fitment?
Monster Tires product pages list the recommended OEM track size per the equipment manufacturer. It is on the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure correct track sizing. Please verify that the track you are purchasing matches your OEM recommended specifications.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Due to the nature of LTL carrier shipments, we are not always able to provide a tracking number for every order. If the freight carrier provides Monster Tires a tracking number for your order, it will be provided via customer supplied email after the order has shipped.
Will I need to be present at Time of Delivery?
Product I received does not match my order?
If the product delivered does not match the order on your order confirmation, please contact Monster Tires immediately. We will process a return and send you the correct product as quickly as possible.
OTT Track Questions
Do I need spacers for OTT Tracks?
Depending on your machine, you may or may not need spacers. Please consult with your MonsterTires.com representative for more information regarding OTT spacers.
Do you carry Tire Tubes, Valve Stems, or Lug Nuts?
Do you sell used tires?
No. We do not sell used pneumatic tires or used solid tires. Please refer to craigslist or demolition yards or demolition companies for used industrial tires.
Do you sell single tires?
No. We do not sell individual tires. MonsterTires.com sells sets of two (2) four (4) and six (6) tires only. You are welcome to purchase your tires in sets of two (2). For Motor Grader tires, we do sell sets of six (6) tires.
